Playing Season, Conditions of Play, Times of Kick Off, Substitutions

- All Competition Matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game as determined by the International Football Association Board.

- Teams will play each other twice (home & away, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. home pitch is unavailable))

- Changing rooms should be secure, clean, adequate size, well ventilated with working individual showers.

- All competition matches shall have a duration of 90 minutes and shall be of equal halves unless otherwise agreed by both teams and the match official.

- The standard kick off time is: 13:30 unless agreed otherwise or requests have been made by clubs based on availability of the team or pitch.

- A Club may at its discretion and in accordance with the Laws of the Game use substitute Players in any Competition Match. A team may use as many subs at their discretion, unless both teams agree otherwise. Repeat substitutions (roll on, roll off) are permitted.

- Half time intervals should be a minimum of 5 minutes and no longer than 10 minutes.

- Teams should have adequate time and space to warm up (minimum of 20 minutes)

 

Arranging Fixtures

- When a fixture is scheduled, it is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM to contact the away team to notify them of their location, time and kit colours. Any fixture that cannot be fulfilled should be reported to Andy Marshall to be re-arranged.

Reporting Results

- Both Clubs should email the result of each match to Andy Marshall within 1 working day of the fixture.

 

Fair Play

- Matches should be played within the spirit of the game, ensuring that respect and enjoyment are at the forefront of the competition.

- Disciplinary issues should be dealt with in accordance to County FA procedures.

- If matches are recorded, it is recommended that it is shared with the opponent to help the development of players.

 

Determining the competition outcome

Team rankings within the Competition will be decided by points with three points to be awarded for a win and one point for a drawn Competition Match.

1. The Teams gaining the highest number of points in their respective divisions at the end of the Playing Season shall be adjudged the winners.

2. In the event of two or more Teams being equal on points at the end of the Playing Season, rankings shall be determined by goal difference (where the goals scored against each Team shall be deducted from the goals scored by that Team and the Team with the most favourable goal difference shall be placed highest).

3. In the event of two or more Teams still being equal, the Team which has scored the most goals during the Playing Season shall be placed highest.

4. In the event of two or more Teams still being equal, the Team that has won the most matches during the Playing Season shall be placed highest.

5. In the event of two or more Teams still being equal, the Team which has the better playing record against the other Team in their head to head Competition Matches during the Playing Season will be placed highest.

6. If the records of two or more Teams are still equal and it is necessary for any reason to determine the position of each then the Teams affected shall play a deciding match.

- In the event of a Team withdrawing from the Competition before completing 75% of its fixtures for the Playing Season all points obtained by or recorded against such defaulting Team shall be expunged from the Competition table
