Time: 7:15 pm arrive, 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm train
Cost Per Player: $50 - Must register and have a USA Lacrosse Membership

Location: Sport Court of Eastern Michigan

When: Wednesday - December 4, 11, 18
Wednesday - January 8, 15, 22, 29
Wednesda - February 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 5:30-6:30 pm - Stop for a quick 30 minutes or stay for the full hour
Cost Per Player: $0 - Must register and have a USA Lacrosse Membership
GLAC Strength and Conditioning
Payment and sign up are done through Orion Parks Website
Session will be held on Tues/Thurs 6:30-7:45 and begin on December 3-March 6th (there will be a total of 23 sessions).
