Fast, fun adult co-ed 3-on-3 hockey in a non-contact, beginner-friendly environment. Structured 2-minute line changes, balanced teams, no icing, and lots of puck touches make this league great for skill development and enjoyment for both men and women.

Welcome to the OWBHL Spring 3-on-3 League! This beginner-friendly, coed league runs March – June, 2026 at Shift Performance (145 Iber Rd). Expect fun, fast-paced games, balanced teams, non-contact play, and a strong focus on development and community.
