The Spring 3-on-3 League is designed to be fun, inclusive, and beginner-friendly for adult players across Ottawa who want to improve, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a positive environment.
Whether you’re newer to hockey or returning after some time away, you’re in the right place.

🗓 Season Runs: March 23 – June 22, 2026 (Planned)
📍 Arena: Shift Performance — 145 Iber Road, Ottawa
🚫 Holiday weeks are excluded from play
Games run at consistent weekly times to keep scheduling simple and predictable.
