The Pink Panthers beat the Kraken 2-0 in a spirited contest. Eastin Normand opened the scoring in the second period at 5:15, assisted by Zane Normand, and Zane Normand added an insurance goal at 11:43 set up by Ashley Parker. Early in the game Logan Johnson of the Kraken served a 3-minute minor for body contact, and the game included some penalties. Both teams battled hard through 39 minutes with Noah Boucher and Danny Fiddler each noted as finishing the game for their clubs. It was an entertaining, competitive showing that celebrated strong plays from both sides.
