Lochness Monsters ran away with a 7-2 victory over the Vikings in a high-energy affair. The Monsters lit the lamp early and often, with goals from Emerson Gray (two), Nix Andersen (two), Theo Mavridis, Levi Monteith and another from Andersen and Monteith setting up a dominant offensive night while Alex Hill and Zamaan Valani combined for many tough saves. The Vikings rallied late with goals from Joel Horse and Matthew Fenrich but the Monsters' steady attack and timely assists from Levi Monteith, Kostas Mavridis, Will Weighill and Demetri Mavridis kept the momentum firmly their way; the game included some penalties. Both teams showed competitive spirit in an entertaining game that delivered plenty of action for the fans.
