2 NCAFA Legends Retire After 2024 Season

John Smith (Pictured Below) With President Rob McLaurin was celebrated after the announcement of his retirement at a NCAFA meeting on Tuesday. Smith has been involved in NCAFA for over 50 years including being the President of the Bel-Air Lions. Smith was also one of the inductees into the inagural NCAFA Hall of Fame Class in 2019. We thank John Smith for all of his contributions to this league for over half a century and wish him well on his retirement from the sport!

Ken Schwartz (Also Pictured Below) with President Rob McLaurin also announced his retirement from the league after 17 years with the Bell Warriors & many years as NCAFA treasurer. Always involved in Warriors off the field events while handling the giant league of NCAFA on the books, Schwartz will be sorely missed and we also wish him the best heading into his post-football journey.
