2025 Winter Training

Join us for our 4 sessions as we get ready for spring!  Each hour session will focus on all facets of the game including footwork, agility, skill development and positional training. It will fast past, high energy and intensity pushing athletes to there fullest potential!

Ages

U12 (Birthdate 2013- 2014)   U14 (Birthdate 2011-2012)     U16 (Birthdate 2009 - 2010).      U18 (Birthdate 2008, 2007, 2006)

Cost:  $80.00 + ($42 Ontario Football/Football Canada Membership which is players insurance for the 2025 football season)

U12 6pm - 7:00pm   U14. 7:00pm - 8:00pm  U16/U18  8:00pm - 9:30pm

Loyalist Sports Dome  6:00pm - 9:30pm
