Marc Desroches brings more than 15 years of umpiring experience and over three decades of playing softball—both fast pitch and slo‑pitch—across House, Select, and Rep levels. His deep understanding of the game, combined with his calm, fair, and professional approach on the field, has earned him respect from players, coaches, and fellow officials alike.

Marc’s lifelong commitment to softball and his passion for developing the sport make him an incredible addition to our leadership team. We are thrilled to welcome Marc as our new Umpire in Chief, and our entire club is fortunate to have someone of his experience and character guiding our officiating program.
