2025 Saegertown Slugfest

Saegertown Travel Baseball  will hold its 12th annual Slugfest baseball tournament for Travel, League, All-Star, or Rec baseball teams. This post is for the 8U & 13U tournament. 

 

Tournament dates: June 20-22, 2025 at the Erie Street Complex & Bertram Park Complex

Entry Fees for each division:

8U:    $425 entry fee - 10 team bracket

13U:  $625 entry fee - 6 team bracket

Details: 

• All teams must register here: Tourney Machine
• All teams are guaranteed at least 3 games. 
• Friday start time is 6pm, Saturday & Sunday start time is at 8:00 AM.
• Schedules will be available the week of the tournament.
• Roster form, rules, directions and nearby hotel information is located here: Tourney Machine 
• Baseballs and home umpires will be provided by the tournament.
• MVP Awards for pool play games in each division  
• Awards will be given to the Top 2 teams in each division.

 

Payment & Registration: 

A $150 non-refundable deposit payment will hold entry into the tournament and will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis. Full entry fee due on or before June 1st.  We must have the full fee, insurance certificate, and roster form no later than June 1st or you will forfeit your position in the tournament.

Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy:

There is a $150 non-refundable deposit that will be held for a team cancellation prior to June 1st, all money will be held if a team cancels after June 1st.

If the tournament is canceled due to weather with no games played a refund minus the $150 deposit will be given. If one game is played a refund of $150 will be given. If two games are played then no refund will be given. If we cancel the tournament for any other circumstance a full refund will be given.
