2025 Saegertown Wood Bat Classic 

The Saegertown Travel Baseball  will hold its 5th annual Wood Bat Classic baseball tournament for Travel, League, All-Star, or Rec baseball teams. This post is for the 9U* - 12U tournament. 

This is a Wooden Bat Tournament. (9U*wooden bat optional)

Tournament dates: June 5-9, 2025* at the Erie Street Complex. 

Entry Fees for each division:

9U:    $495 entry fee - 8 team bracket

10U:  $495 entry fee - 8 team bracket

11U:  $495 entry fee - 8 team bracket

12U:  $495 entry fee - 6 team bracket *only division for Thursday play - June 5th

Details: 

• All teams must register here: Tourney Machine
• All teams are guaranteed at least 3 games. 
• Thursday start time is 6pm (12u only), Friday start time is 6pm, Saturday & Sunday start time is at 8:00 AM.
• Schedules will be available the week of the tournament.
• Roster form, rules, directions and nearby hotel information is located here: Tourney Machine 
• Baseballs and home umpires will be provided by the tournament.
• MVP Awards for pool play games in each division  
• Awards will be given to the Top 2 teams in each division.

Payment & Registration: 

A $150 non-refundable deposit payment will hold entry into the tournament and will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis. Full entry fee due on or before May 17th.  We must have the full fee, insurance certificate, and roster form no later than May 17th or you will forfeit your position in the tournament.

Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy:

There is a $150 non-refundable deposit that will be held for a team cancellation prior to May 17th, all money will be held if a team cancels after May 17th

If the tournament is canceled due to weather with no games played a refund minus the $150 deposit will be given. If one game is played a refund of $150 will be given. If two games are played then no refund will be given. If we cancel the tournament for any other circumstance a full refund will be given.
