FYCA is excited to continue our partnership with Mandy Thoman as our selected photographer for capturing your amazing cheerleader! Mandy has a unique style and will digitally capture each photo while your cheerleader stands in front of a green screen. She will take two individual photos of your cheerleader: one for their personal picture and the second to be digitally combined with their teammates to create a team photo. The best part is that there's no need to wait for the entire team to arrive for their photo session. You can simply bring your order form, have your cheerleader smile big for the camera, and then you're on your way! Coaches will have order forms this week, but we have provided a digital copy to preview. We wil have 2 days to choose from for picture day.

When: 8/27/25 or 8/28/25

Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Both Days)

FYCA MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• - Cheerleaders must be in complete uniform, from bow to toe. This includes the long-sleeve bodysuit, which is only required for the team photo.
• - The uniform must be clean and wrinkle-free.
• - If cheer socks are unavailable, please wear white no-show socks.
• - Be respectful to our photographer, her time, and our schedule. Please be patient.
• - Have your order form prepared and payment ready.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• - Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Venmo, or Cash App.
• - If you pay in cash, please ensure you have exact change.
• - There is a minimum purchase of $30.
• - Sibling photos are available; there will be a separate form called "Buddy Photo" for $30 for a digital copy. (This does NOT count toward the $30 minimum for add-ons).
• - If you do not purchase a package, you will not receive a digital copy.
• - There will be no option to order additional photos after the picture days are completed.
• - 6th graders have the option to purchase a 3' x 4' banner. FYCA will display the banner at the youth football field for the season and return it to the cheerleader at the end of the season.
