Eligibility: born between January 01, 2004 and December 31, 2008 and:

> returning Chaotic;

> T2 free agent; or

> new major lacrosse players (2008s) from within SALA boundaries.

Chaos holds the initial rights to players from Brooks, Lethbridge and Taber Minor Clubs--players from Medicine Hat and Kainai are Tier II Free Agents and may register with the Tier II Club of their choice (and are welcome to choose Chaos!)
