Please be prepared to schedule home and away games.  You will need to know your home diamond schedule, field number, and coaches contact information (email and phone number).  Every team will need a representative to meet with the other coaches in each of their divisions for scheduling.  For playoffs at the end of June we need a host community for each division. In season tournaments can also be a replacement for playoffs. Come to the meeting with communities ready to sign up for hosting these events.
