Please be prepared to schedule home and away games.  You will need to know your home diamond schedule, field number, and coaches contact information (email and phone number).  Every team will need a representative to meet with the other coaches in each of their divisions for scheduling.  If you hosting a tournament please have those dates available so teams can sign up.
