Hello Everyone!

     I am Jamar Money, the president of JM Sports LLC and a sports enthusiast! As a middle and high school athlete, I enjoyed participating in a variety of sports (wrestling, football, cross country, basketball, and track & field). Teaming with many All-State athletes, and then earning that honor myself (as well as the honor of being captain of several teams), helped to build within me the foundations of hard work, dedication, and leadership.

     As a public-school teacher in the Brandywine School District for over 11 years, I have had the privilege of coaching a diverse range of sports from cross country and basketball to track & field and tennis. For more than 7 years, I have coached organized basketball at the middle school level. As a teacher and student of the game, I love to play, watch, and discuss the sport!

     In the fall of 2023, I learned that many of the athletes in my neighborhood participated in tryouts for their schools’ basketball programs. Because basketball is such a popular sport, with a limited number of roster spots available, many of those athletes were not selected to be a part of the team. I wanted to provide some assistance to those athletes. As a coach, I believe that when an athlete develops a solid foundation of the fundamentals of the game, it results in the athlete's overall improvement in the sport. This belief, combined with the desire to impact, inspire, and instruct athletes, sparked the genesis of JM Sports LLC.
