Meet Our Coaching Staff: The Heart of Our Team! We're excited to introduce you to the incredible coaches who dedicate their time and passion to our athletes. Each coach brings a unique set of skills and experiences that not only enhance our training programs but also inspire our players to reach their fullest potential.
First up is Coach Terry Tweedie, who brings many coaching experiences and a deep passion for volleyball development. Throughout his career, he has earned a strong reputation for excellence, commitment, and leadership within the volleyball community. Terry has coached with well-established programs such as Roofers Volleyball Club and played a key role in the creation and coaching of Fusion Volleyball Club, contributing significantly to athlete development and program growth. In addition to his club experience, he has dedicated many years to volunteering at MFR School, demonstrating his strong commitment to youth development and community involvement. His coaching style is energetic and encouraging—known for being hardworking and highly motivated—creating a positive environment where athletes feel supported and challenged to improve. Now focused on giving back to the community, Terry is driven to help young athletes reach their full potential on the court.
Next up, Coach Cloee Daigle, who brings years of experience, passion, and competitive drive to every team she’s lead. She has coached at multiple levels, including Jeux de l’Acadie, Moncton Roofers Volleyball Club, MFR Middle School, and MFR High School. Her teams have achieved major success, including a New Brunswick Provincial Championship (2015), Halifax Tier 1 Nationals title with Roofers Moncton, and the NBIAA AAA Volleyball Championship in 2021. Cloee believes great volleyball begins with strong team spirit, emphasizing hard work, teamwork, heart, and having fun while pursuing excellence. Her passion for coaching comes from watching athletes grow, challenge themselves, and enjoy the game. Cloee’s goal is to help every athlete feel confident, connected, and excited to compete.
Keeping it going with Coach Chloe Daigle who started playing volleyball in 2014 and quickly developed a strong competitive career highlighted by three VNB Provincial Championships with her club team, the Spikers, and a silver medal at the Atlantic Nationals in 2017. She also earned the title of NBIAA Junior AAA Volleyball Champion with MFR school team and represented Team New Brunswick at the Eastern Elites, winning a gold medal in 2018. Continuing her success, she became an East Conference AAA Volleyball Champion in 2021 with her MFR teammates. Transitioning into coaching, she led the AA Junior Volleyball MFR team to a championship victory as Head Coach in 2025, demonstrating both leadership and dedication to the sport.
Coming up, Coach Zoe Cormier, who has been playing the sport since a very young age. A player who has earned multiple provincial championships, along with representing Volleyball New Brunswick competitively twice. Zoe has been coaching for 3 years and has already celebrated a provincial championship. She’s excited to take on the role as an assistant coach and is committed to creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment for athletes. Her goal is to help girls build confidence, create meaningful experiences, and continue to develop their game, all while enjoying the sport she loves. She’s looking forward to an amazing season with this group!
Moving on to Coach Hailie Sock, who began playing volleyball at Bonar Law High School, where she played for four years and was named Team Captain and MVP in 2021. She later earned gold with Team New Brunswick at the 2019 NAIG tournament in Alberta and silver at the Atlantic Indigenous Games in Halifax, while also volunteering with the Antigonish Storm Girls Volleyball Club to help develop young athletes. Hailie is beyond excited to help young athletes in her new adventure as an assistant Coach.
From here, introducing Coach Tiffany Daigle, who has been actively involved in sports from a young age, with volleyball being a longstanding passion of hers. Over the years, she has also participated in soccer and softball, which has allowed her to develop a well-rounded appreciation for athletics and physical activity.
In her current role working with children, she has had the opportunity to observe and support young individuals as they develop both physically and personally. Through her experience, she has seen significant potential for growth among young athletes in the community. This has further strengthened her interest in creating positive sport experiences and encouraging youth to build confidence, skills, and a lifelong appreciation for sports, especially volleyball.
Lastly, your president and Coach Byance Hebert, who volleyball has been a huge part of her life since a young age and has helped shape who she is both on and off the court. As a player, she has won a provincial championship and competed in several championship finals throughout her career. As a coach, she has also earned a provincial championship while working with both senior girls and senior boys teams. She has volunteered with numerous volleyball camps and clubs over the years and continues to stay involved through women’s leagues. Her coaching philosophy focuses on creating a fun, supportive, and competitive environment where athletes can grow in confidence and enjoy the game. She is beyond excited to begin this new journey in the world of volleyball.
