It's that time of year again where we are looking for volunteers to coordinate and coach our minor hockey teams. If you are interested in helping out with any of these roles, please use the link below to fill out the attached Google Form no later than August 31, 2023.  If you are new to hockey or these roles, below is a brief outline of what the positions entail.  Feel free to reach out to any of our board members or email us a hbminorhockey@gmail.com if you have any questions.  Thank you in advance for volunteering and keeping minor hockey alive for our Hunters!   
Coaches Application 

Head Coach:

- attend league scheduling meeting with coordinator

- planning, organizing and conducting practices for team 

- obtain proper level of certification for age group 

- coach the team in games

- establish rules for the team and oversee the supervision of the players

 

Assistant Coaches:

- assist head coach with all of the above duties 

- obtain proper level of certification for age group

 

Coordinator:

- attend league scheduling meeting with a coach

- set up initial parent meeting with coaches

- coordinate practices and games 

- Team contact for HBMHA, League, Tournaments, etc 

- Provide schedule to team 

- Collect 50/50 money after each game and deposit it

-  coordinate home tournament 

- distribute jerseys
