League play games are intended to help develop your players, so your team is ready to compete in Tournaments.
This league is about having fun and growing their skill set in high level play.

LEAGUE RULES
Home/Away Team will be determined by "Coin Flip" at plate meeting

Each Team is responsible for providing at least 2 game balls per game

All games will follow NFHS rules.

Pregame Warm-Up
No warm-ups on infield prior to the game. Dirt area between baseline and dugout can be used for infield work prior to the game.

*If teams would like to warm up an hour before game time at the Kronkright field, there is a grassy area outside of the fields over by the Pomona school that can be utilized for warm up time.

*Long Family field will be opened an hour before the first game on that day. If there is a double header, teams for the second game may warm up in the far back of the outfields by the fence to avoid interfering with the game being played before them.

Time Limit
All Games 12u and 14u divisions will be 7 innings or no new inning after 90 minutes for single games or 70 minutes for double headers. In the event time has expired and the game is tied, the game will end in a tie.

Pitching Distance
All games against 14U teams will play at the highest level, so pitch distance will be 43 feet. This will give 12U teams the practice at the longer distance to help prepare them for transitioning to 14U.

All games for 12U teams playing other 12U teams will pitch at the 40' distance.

Batting/Scoring
All teams have a continuous batting order, meaning all players listed in the lineup bat regardless of defensive play.

Substitutions & Borrowed Players
Teams can borrow players to fill a roster but must ensure that borrowed player bat at the bottom of the lineup and play in the outfield.
