Comprehensive Development: We emphasize both athletic and academic growth, with all our coaches trained through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Our holistic approach helps players grow on and off the court. WE ARE: focused on the entire person. WE ARE NOT: only focused on basketball skills.
Consistent Team Style: Every team follows a modern, fast-paced, team-first style of play. As players move up through the Club, they build on core skills & strategies that create consistency, continuity and a deep understanding of the game. WE ARE: focused on team play and global player development. WE ARE NOT: focused on building a player's "bag".
Transparent and Flexible Pricing: We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every family will know exactly what to expect - from practice frequencies & length, to games played, and player's kit. We also offer the option to split payments into as many as 10 installments for added flexibility and convenience - and we'll never suprise you with extra costs mid-seasson! WE ARE: transparent with no suprises in fees. WE ARE NOT: into hidden fees and lack of transparency on season prices.
Games and Uniforms: all our teams play at least 32 games. Some Clubs only play 18-20 games OR do not disclose how many games are played during the season. WE ARE: clear with families about what they can expect before they sign up! WE ARE NOT: into having families make commitments in the dark without full details on the season. Also, our players get to keep their entire uniforms at the conclusion of the season, this is already built into the cost, while other programs require uniforms to be returned or charge additional fees for uniforms. WE ARE: all in costs, including uniforms to keep! WE ARE NOT: going to ask you to return the uniforms or pay more for uniforms.
Small but Mighty: Our player and their families become part of our basketball family as we are intentionally smaller and only field one Rep team at each age level. Players and families are not just a number, they are valued members of our basketball Club. WE ARE: smaller so that your child gets the attention and support they deserve. WE ARE NOT: a basketball factory that focuses on getting as many registration fees collected as possible.
