Frankton Town & Country Baseball is proudly run by a dedicated group of volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart to support our players and our community.

Our board is made up of individuals who believe in creating a place where kids can play, grow, and make lasting memories—and who are willing to put in the work to make that happen.

What It Means to Be on the Board

Being a board member is more than a title - it’s a commitment.

Our board members are hands-on and present throughout the entire season. That means:

• Spending time at the fields beyond your child’s games
• Helping with concessions, field prep, and daily operations
• Stepping in to handle the unexpected (because there’s always something!)
• Taking ownership in keeping our league running smoothly

From lining fields to fixing broken equipment (yes—even toilets), it truly takes a team effort to keep everything going.

This is not a “show up for your kid and leave” role.
We’re looking for individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for all of our players

Roles & Responsibilities

Serving on the Frankton Town & Country Baseball board is a hands-on, working role. Our board members are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the league and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the season.

Board members can expect to contribute in a variety of ways, including:

Leadership & Operations

• Attend and participate in regular board meetings
• Help with league planning and decision-making
• Assist in maintaining budgets and paying league expenses
• Support overall organization and communication across the league

Fundraising & Sponsorships

• Assist in securing sponsors, donations, and grants
• Help support fundraising initiatives that keep our league running

Field & Game Support

• Help with field preparation and maintenance (lining fields, prepping areas, etc.)
• Assist with running games and supporting game day operations
• Be present at the field throughout the season - not just during your child’s games

Concessions & Facilities

• Work in or support the concession stand when needed
• Help with grilling, restocking, and general upkeep
• Pitch in with everyday tasks like emptying trash, cleaning, and organizing

Problem Solving & Support

• Help address questions or concerns at the field
• Step in to solve problems as they arise (big or small)
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs when needed
