The Fall River Dragons Minor Football Association is a volunteer-run, community-based program that brings youth football to families in Fall River, Waverley, Windsor Junction, East Hants, and Beaver Bank.
We’re here to help kids build confidence, character, and teamwork through sport—whether they’re picking up a football for the first time or returning for another season. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and positive experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
The Dragons are proud to be affiliated with the Nova Scotia Minor Football Association (NSMFA), with our teams competing in the Nova Scotia Football League. We operate under the umbrella of Sport Nova Scotia, sanctioned by Football Nova Scotia.
Our focus goes beyond the field. Through structured training and support, we help develop not just players, but also coaches and team leaders. We welcome both recreational and competitive athletes, with many of our players eventually moving on to join the Lockview High School football program—and some even continuing on to play at the university level.
Thanks to the commitment of local families, dedicated coaches, and community partners, the Fall River Dragons continue to grow. We’re proud of the program we’ve built—and even more proud of the young people who are part of it.
