EHPC's 4 on 4 Elite League – League Details
Welcome to Season 2 of EHPC's 4 on 4 league. Year 1 was a resounding success! We are pumped to do it again! There will however be some changes to the league this season. Due to SEC black out dates (closed June 1 - July 10), we will only begin on Sunday July 12th, and require to also play Tuesday and Thursday nights in order to get the 9-10 game season in and avoid Long Weekend of August or additonal Saturday games.
This season, we aim to increase the teams per division to 5 (from 4), as there seems to be a lot of buzz around the league already, which is awesome news. Due to availability of the SEC, we will only create 1 league this year, so all players are welcome to join. In future seasons, with SEC's cooperation on arena dates, we will endeavour to have a smaller "invite only" league and our regular league.
We will open up registration on Feb 1st to players who did not play last season and all are welcome to join on a first come first served basis. An email will go out to our past players on Tuesday Jan 27 for early registration, in recognition of their support for last season. We do expect to have another successful season even if it may be shorter in length, players will get the same amount of games.
Same rules as last season, playoff format may change based on the new addition of 1 team per league. We will look at re-introducing the Jr+ age category this season. Last season, we amalgamated the U18 and Jr+ divisions due to an imbalance in Jr players. We still felt it was an awesome product but will look to push hard for the Jr+ Division this season and keep U18 as its own.

| To the best of our abilities we will look to group age categories on Tuesdays and Sundays, or Thursdays and Sundays, but some age groups may end up playing an odd weekday game that is outside of their lane. We will do the best we can to limit age groups to 2 days per week. All game slots are 1 hour, 2 X 24 (or 26) mins halves. |

League Details

All players will register register as INDIVIDUALS. There will be no team registrations this year to ensure that the league has competitive balance. We have added questions within the registration form to ensure we can balance teams for talent while also ensuring players get to have some familiar faces on their teams. We will do our best to accomplish both goals. We will also be able to use last year's statistics to help guide our decisions on balancing teams.
Refund Policy
If you are cancelling or making changes to your registration, prior to May 1st, you will receive a full refund less the $100 administration fee. Once the teams have been organized, and the season has started, There are no refunds. Should an injury occur (with medical note), you may receive a credit for the games missed towards next season or other camps EHPC offers.
