Join us for agility and strength training! Our program focuses on improving speed, coordination, and overall strength with a focus on improving football skills. Girls from the CDMFA and high school programs as are invited to join us in exclusive & elite training sessions for female football athletes to take their improved skillset back to their respective teams until they are old enough to join us in the WWCFL!
