The Cumberland Panthers Open Flag and Fall Tackle programs fall under the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) league. The league is territory based, which means players must register with the Club whose territory they primarily live in. The exceptions to this are players who do not live in an assigned territory - they may register with any Club they wish. 

Please use the map on the NCAFA website to verify which Club you belong to prior to registration.
