At the Canora Skating Club, we offer a full range of programs designed to inspire skaters of all ages and abilities. Whether you're stepping onto the ice for the first time or striving to achive competitive goals, we have a program to help you grow and succeed. 

CanSkate - Learn to Skate for All Ages
CanSkate is Skate Canada's flagship learn-to-skate program, designed for beginners of all ages. Using a fun, engaging, and progressive teaching approach, skaters develop the fundamentals of Balance, Control, and Agility. Whether you're learning for recreation, hockey, ringette, or figure skating, CanSkate builds the skills and confidence you need to enjoy the ice. 

Junior Test- Bridging Program from CanSkate to STARSkate
Our Junior Test program is designed for figure skaters in CanSkate Level 6 or who have just passed CanSkate Level 6 (now entering STAR 1) and are ready to transition into the world of figure skating through STARSkate. This "bridging" program gives skaters the chance to build on the strong fundamentals they have learned while introducing them to the skills, techniques, and training style used in STARSkate.

STARSkate - Figure Skating Development
STARSkate (Skills, Tests, Achievement, Recognition) is designed for skaters who have completed CanSkate and want to further develop their figure skating skills. Skaters work on ice dance, skills, and freeskate in a supportive and challenging environment.

Competitive- Train to Compete
For skaters who wish to pursue figure skating at higher levels, our Competitive Program offers intensive training in all areas of the sport. Athletes receive specialized coaching, off-ice training, and guidance to prepare for competitions.
