1. I will respect the rules, and the spirit of the game

2. I will control my temper - fighting and poor behaviour can spoil the activity for everybody

3. I will respect my teammates, coaches and parents.

4. I will respect my opponents, their coaches and parents.

5.  I will do my best to be a true team player.  I will do my best to support my team at all times.

6.  I will remember that winning isn't everything - having fun, improving skills, making friends and doing my best are also important.

7.  I will remember that coaches and officials are there to help me.  I will accept their decisions and show respect.

8.  I will conduct myself in a dignified manner before, during and after each game or practice.

9.  I will recognize and encourage diversity in all forms, and celebrate the diversity in our sport.

10.  I will NOT use terms which belittle, demean or are disrespectful to anyone.

11.  I will ABSOLUTELY NOT use any language or gestures of a derogatory nature.  This can include, but is not limited to, gender, race, skin color, sexual orientation.

12.  Most importantly, I will have fun!
