Performance Training


At A4, we firmly believe that strength training is an integral component for any high level athlete. We strongly recommend that our athletes follow a strength and conditioning program throughout the year.  There will be different levels of intensity depending upon the age of the player, but we believe that all our athletes should follow a program in order to address proper movement and body biomechanics.

Your son and/or daughter's physical performance will be built on a solid foundation of proper strength and mobility. Our conjugate training model will create a foundation that will lead to jumping higher & hitting harder while giving their bodies the best opportunity for active recovery while reducing risk of injury.

  1. Designed by PHYS|LAB's own Dr. Kyle Iguchi, PT, DPT, CSCS AKA "Doctor Dunks"
  2. 3 times per week training - schedule online or via app
  3. Grouped by age: 12-15U; 16-18U
