WINTER 2024/25 BOX LACROSSE SEASON
2 options:
    1 - Be evaluated and earn invite to play in 2 travel tournament (Jan 18/19 Virginia Beach, VA and Feb 15/16 Phili, PA)
    2 - Training only at all offerings

Evaluations: Nov. 9(Sat), 10(Sun) & 17(Sun)
All practices at the Hill Street Park Rinks unless otherwise stated
Times:
    - 12pm to 1:30 pm:  3rd/4th grade & 7th/8th grade
    - 1:45 to 3:15pm:  5th/6th grade & Girls HS
    - 3:30 to 5pm:  HS Boys

Training Dates after Evaluations:
Sundays: Dec. 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29.  Jan. 5, 12,  & 26. Feb 2 & 9


GEAR PACKAGE (Included with registration)
    - Shooter Shirt
    - Shorts
    - Reversible Practice Pinnie


BASE COST: $250
    - All Participants
    - Includes all trainings offered & Gear Package

TOURNAMENT TEAM COST: $350
    - $350 additional cost (payable in 3 biweekly increments if selected)
    - Players will be evaluated at 1st three trainings and invited to team
    - 2 Tournaments in January and Feb
    - Scrimmages vs other DMV Programs

WHAT YOU NEED:
    - RUNNING OR BASKETBALL SHOES.  NO CLEATS.  WE PLAY ON A HARD SURFACE
    - NORMAL BOYS FIELD LACROSSE EQUIPMENT
    - RIB PADS
    - BICEP PADS (the soft pads that come with shoulder pads do NOT count as bicep pads for Box)
