Cody Sager is a highly driven entrepreneur, operations strategist, and leadership-focused professional committed to advancing elite athlete development and youth sports performance across Louisiana. As the Founder and President of Blue Chippers Athletics, Cody has grown the organization into a premier training institution, offering sport-specific skill development, speed and agility training, strength and conditioning, and character-building programs for athletes ages 5–18.

He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist, bringing science-based training methods to every athlete he develops.

Grounded in discipline and excellence from his service as a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Former Law Enforcement Professional, Cody approaches every role with a mission-driven mindset. His leadership is defined by precision, accountability, and unwavering commitment to athlete empowerment.

In addition to leading Blue Chippers Athletics, Cody serves as Co-Owner & Director of Operations for the Louisiana Flag Football League (LFF). His leadership has contributed significantly to the league’s rapid expansion, streamlined operations, and strengthened partnerships statewide.

Professional Background & Expertise

Cody’s experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and Law Enforcement spans several years and includes specialized tactical, investigative, and leadership roles. His background includes:

• Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Operator: Specialized in high-risk operations, tactical response, and critical incident management.

• Criminal Investigations: Conducted major case investigations, including narcotics enforcement and complex criminal cases.

• Criminal Patrol Operations: Led proactive patrol strategies to enhance public safety and community protection.

• POST-Certified Firearms Instructor: Trained law enforcement officers in firearms proficiency, tactical readiness, and operational discipline.
