Cody Sager is a dynamic entrepreneur, operations strategist, and leadership-focused professional dedicated to elite athlete development and organizational growth across Louisiana. As Founder and President of Blue Chippers Athletics, Cody has built the organization into a premier sports training organization, providing sport-specific skill development, strength & agility training, and character-building programs for athletes ages 3–18. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Excercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM).

With a foundation of discipline and excellence rooted in his service as a United States Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement professional, Cody brings a mission-driven mindset to every aspect of his work. His expertise include:

• Athlete Performance & Mentorship: Designing training that emphasizes mental toughness, teamwork, and individual confidence—preparing youth athletes to excel on the field and in life.

• Partnership & Community Building: Leading outreach efforts and partnerships that align youth athletics with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.

In addition, Cody serves as Co-Owner & Director of Operations for the Louisiana Flag Football League (LFFL), where his leadership has fueled the league’s rapid expansion, streamlined league operations, and strengthened organizational partnerships.

Mr. Sager is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and former law enforcement professional, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and excellence to his professional endeavors. His career in the USMC and law enforcement spans several years, during which he has:

• Served as a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Operator, specializing in high-risk operations and tactical response.

• Conducted advanced Criminal Investigations, focusing on narcotics enforcement and major case management.

• Led Criminal Patrol Operations, enhancing public safety through proactive law enforcement strategies.

• Trained officers as a Louisiana POST Certified Firearms Instructor, ensuring the highest standards of firearms proficiency and tactical readiness.
