Weather Policy: The Director of Bell Warriors Flag Football (Rod Moors) will always attend practice sessions, rain or shine. I cancel them rarely and if I do everyone will receive an email notification and it will be posted here as well. A coach may cancel practice for his/her team and communicate this directly to his/her team. Parents decide if it is appropriate for their children to attend practice because of weather concerns. There are no repercussions from not attending a practice due to weather concerns. If a player attends practice then it is my job (and the coach's) to ensure a safe environment for the player (heat, humidity, cold, lightning etc.). All of these issues will be taken seriously and dealt with properly.
