Registration Instructions


Choose 'Registration' on the main menu to register with TeamLinkt. Choose the appropriate package based on your child's birth year.

There will be a fundraising package added onto each family registration.

Returning players MUST register before July 31st. Registrations after this point will have a $250 late fee.

New members must complete The Shift Forward course before registration. It is a fee of $11.50. Returning members- your Respect in Sport Parent is valid until its expiry date (four years after completion). Once expired, you will need to take The Shift Forward course. Registration is done through Spordle - see the link below.

The Shift Forward


The tryout package is for players who are trying out for AA/AAA. It is a $100 fee to be registered in your home association prior to attending those tryouts. Registration fees can be adjusted after tryouts if the player returns to Barrhead.

 New Members Only

 For participants who have never been registered in a Hockey Canada sanctioned program before:

  1. Create Spordle Account (see attached instructions)
  2. Create HCR Profile (see attached instructions)
  3. Complete The Shift Forward course. Register in Spordle.

Transfers


Players requesting to transfer to Barrhead or out of Barrhead association must email the registrar. Emails can be sent by going to About -> BMHA Board of Directors -> and choosing the mail icon next to the appropriate name. Movement forms can be found on the Hockey Alberta website here. 

Players who have moved to Barrhead from out of province must complete the Hockey Alberta Declaration Form - please add the registrar's email address as the email address for the MHA for which the player is registering.

Finding Your Player's HCR Number

To find your player's HCR number for registration, you will need to sign into Spordle. From there, click on members on the left hand menu and select the initials of your player. You can then click on view profile and you will be taken your player's HCR account. Under your player's name you will find the HCR number. Please also take the time to click on Qualifications to see if your Respect in Sport or The Shift Forward is valid or expired.
