Welcome to the official home of AYA Flag Football! We’re excited to bring a fun, safe, and affordable flag football experience to the Affton community. Our program is designed for boys and girls of all skill levels—whether your child is brand new to football or already loves the game.

At AYA, we focus on development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. Games are played in a positive, family-friendly environment with an emphasis on learning the fundamentals and building confidence on and off the field.

AYA Flag Football – Additional League Rules (PLEASE READ)

Before registering your child, please read the following additional league rules carefully.
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that failure to follow these rules will result in enforcement with no refunds issued.

Affton Youth Activities (AYA) is a zero-tolerance organization focused on fundamentals, youth development, safety, and sportsmanship.

In addition to standard NFL FLAG rules, AYA enforces the following league-specific rules at all times:

Parents & Spectator

  *Parents and spectators are not permitted on the turf field at any time.

  *All spectators must remain in the stands.

  *No standing or chairs are allowed on the track during any games.

  *Parents are not allowed to communicate with volunteers regarding calls, coaching decisions, or what they       believe is being done incorrectly.

  *No foul, abusive, or inappropriate language will be tolerated at any AYA event.

Enforcement

  *Any parent or spectator who does not follow these rules will not be allowed to attend future AYA events.

  *No refunds will be issued for removals due to rule violations.

Player Uniform & Equipment

  *All shirts must be tucked in before play.

  *Flag tails must be trimmed properly.

Players will not be allowed to participate until uniform and flag requirements are met.

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for our players, volunteer referees, and volunteer coaches.
