What is Athlete in Training Academy?
Athlete in Training Academy (AIT Academy) is an on-site athletic fundamentals program for children ages 3–6. Each 8-week session builds confidence, coordination, teamwork, and healthy movement skills through fun stations, group games, and weekly challenges.
Where does the program take place?
All sessions are held directly at your child’s daycare, so there is no extra driving or pick-up/drop-off. Children participate in a familiar environment where they feel safe and comfortable.
How long are the classes?
Classes run once per week for approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on the facility and class size.
What ages can participate?
AIT Academy is designed for children ages 3–6.
How do I register my child?
Registration is completed online using your daycare’s AIT Academy registration link.
Each child must be registered individually. You will complete a separate registration form for each child participating.

Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. Families receive a $15 sibling discount for each additional child registered in the same season.

Is there a teacher discount?
Yes. Teachers and daycare staff receive a special rate. Please contact your daycare director or owner for details on how to access the teacher discount.

Your registration fee includes:
• Eight weeks of athletic programming
• Age-appropriate equipment (provided by AIT Academy)
• Skill-building stations and group games
• Weekly challenges that focus on confidence, effort, and teamwork

What does my child need to bring?
All equipment is provided. Children should simply wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that are safe for running and jumping.
What if my child misses a class?
Makeup classes are not guaranteed since AIT Academy runs during scheduled daycare hours. Any schedule changes or special arrangements will be communicated by your daycare.
Is the program appropriate for shy children or kids new to sports?
Absolutely. The program is designed for all ability and confidence levels. Instructors focus on encouragement, simple progressions, and a positive environment so every child has a chance to succeed.
