In 2024, Bernard McNeal and Fred Rolle founded Alpha Dawgs Elite and Cheerleading, a youth football and cheerleading league focused on developing well-rounded youth. Their vision includes teaching fundamental skills, promoting education, and instilling values like sportsmanship, honesty, courage, and respect for authority. The organization aims to provide unforgettable experiences for young athletes. Despite being a new organization, Alpha Dawgs Elite has already made an impact in the youth sports community. With an impressive list of accomplishments, including multiple national and regional championships, the league has quickly gained recognition. Most notably, the 12U division team secured the 2024 FL Elite Superbowl Champion Title, showcasing the talent and dedication of the athletes. As Alpha Dawgs Elite continues to grow and make a positive impact on youth sports, the founders remain committed to their vision of developing not only skilled athletes, but also responsible and respectful individuals. 8U DAVID CRANDOL

Meet the new Head Coach of the 8U Alpha Dawgs now known as the "Go Get It Boyz". I've been coaching for 8 years, with 6 of those years as a Head Coach. I'm a 3x Flag Champion as a Head Coach, and I've been apart of a 2x National Championship team during my coaching journey.

I believe in coaching to my talent, putting my players in the best position to win. But more than anything, I believe in making the game fun. When kids love the game, they play harder, learn faster, and grow stronger.

Our mission is simple: Go Get It---every practice, every game and every snap.

We're coming with energy, discipline, development heart- and We're gonna have fun doing it...Let's work!!

10U LORENZO FERGUSON JR

Meet Lorenzo Ferguson, Jr., “ Coach Zo” Head Coach of the Alpha Dawg Elite 10u. Coach Zo brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the game to the Alpha Dawgs Elite coaching staff. As a former defensive back for Virginia Tech and the Winnipeg Bluebo of the Canadian Football League he brings a well-versed football background. With over 10 years of experience in coaching at the youth level, including winning the Pop Warner 8u Mid FL Championship and boasting a record of 19-5 over the last 2yrs.

Coach Zo is known for developing strong players and building a positive team culture. He emphasizes hard work, discipline, and teamwork and is dedicated to helping his players achieve their full potential, both on and off the field. Coach Zo is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and approachable leader who is committed to fostering a winning environment for the 10U Alpha Dawgs, Dawg Mafia.

12u TEVIN VICKERS

Since 2019, Tevin has been coaching youth football, driven by a vision to maximize player potential while competing at an elite level. He successfully established a 7v7 program that has completed its fourth season, earning a national ranking as one of Central Florida's top programs. Notably, they have secured victories in tournaments such as DR7 and 7v7Elite, and consistently finished among the top four at Shock Doctor events. Tevin and his staff firmly believe that winning is predicated on a foundation of fundamentals, with players striving for excellence in their respective positions.
