Steve Aaron

Steve is a Tampa native who has been coaching youth sports for over ten years. He and his wife Cristie have had their four children involved in sports since they could walk. Steve has an MBA from Florida International University and has held numerous leadership roles in his career. 

Steve has proven to be a great mentor and example for the young boys and girls he has coached. His passion for youth sports and watching his kids succeed on and off the field brings him great joy. He is now ready to share and expand his knowledge and love for youth sports across our community and beyond.

Tayler Aaron
Head Cheerleading Coach

Hi, I am Tayler and will be the head coach for our cheerleading program here at 1st Field Sports. I am beyond excited to have this opportunity and ready to teach your little ones how to fall in love with cheer. 

I have been a cheerleader for the past 10 years, and I started at a program similar to ours and have continued my cheer journey ever since. I have experience in recreational and competitive cheerleading, and I will be able to help your kids with all the basics of stunting, jumping, tumbling, dancing, and cheering in a safe and comfortable environment. I am so excited to see where this season takes us.
