U20 Mitts - Green edged U20 Dangle - Gold 11-9 in a high-scoring affair. The Mitts erupted early with a flurry of goals from Grey Slaney and Ty Mistelbacher, while Mark Plett added multiple strikes in the second to keep Green in control. Jevon Peters led the Gold charge with several goals and strong looks created by Niko Lemoin and Emry Gonzaga, and both goalies turned away plenty of shots as the period logs show many saves. The game included some penalties, but both teams delivered plenty of offense and exciting back-and-forth action. Overall it was a lively, competitive match that showcased strong finishing and spirited play from both sides.
