152 club bar & grill sand volleyball league conduct rules
- Sportsmanlike conduct is expected of all players. The VB referees have the power to eject any player or spectator for inappropriate behavior.
- First ejection is a warning for one night of play.
- Second ejection is for the remainder of the season.
- There should be no yelling from either team until the serve is in play, other than to alert an errant ball on the court. Any shouting that interferes with the serve will be considered unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Honor the VB referees calls at all times. No arguing with the ref - they are humans too.
- Only team captains are allowed to address the referee regarding calls, scores or to request a time-out.
- No players may make profane or vulgar remarks to officials, opponents, spectators or 152 Club staff. This is enforced on and off the court before, during and after games. Harassment will not be tolerated. A team or player's fee is non-refundable if they are ejected from the league for inappropriate behavior.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE allowed. Food and drink are available. There is a zero tolerance policy for outside alcohol, liquor and/or beer - any players violating this are subject to removal from the league for the remainder of the season.
- Be safe and have fun!
