**U11 Hybrid Goaltenders. When registering for the upcoming season, please note that you will be required to pay the regular U11 fee upfront. However, a discounted fee will be given to you in the form of a refund once all U11 players have been officially rostered in the Hockey Calgary Registry.
pAYMENT PLANS
Trails West Hockey Assocaition will be offers payment plans, all payments are by credit card only.
Option 1- Payment in FULL
Register online and make a one-time full payment using your credit card. By selecting this option, your child will be fully registered at the time of registration.
Option 2- Payment Plan
You can make up to four payments on this plan, depending on the date of initial registration.
A deposit of $300 is required at the time of registration, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments on July 1, August 1, and September 1.
Note: All registration fees must be paid in full by the start of player evaluations.
elite tryout (calgary royals & calgary fire)
U13, U15, and U18 players will have the option to defer their Trails West registration fees at the time of registration if they are trying out for the Calgary Royals or Calgary Fire. It will look like this:
IMPORTANT: Trails West registration does NOT register your player with the Calgary Royals or Calgary Fire. You must register your player separately for the elite try-outs.
Should your player return to Trails West after August 15, 2025 and they were not previously registered with Trails West under the above noted registration options, there is no guarantee they will be accepted by Trails West and a late registration fee of $100 will apply if accepted.
