Spend 30 minutes reviewing game film from college or PLL
The Film Review Challenge focuses on improving lacrosse IQ by studying high-level gameplay from the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) or NCAA college teams. Players watch a highlight reel, full game, or positional breakdown featuring elite athletes at their position.
The goal is to identify at least three specific tactics, skills, or decisions demonstrated by the featured players that could be applied to the participant’s own game. These might include dodging techniques, defensive approaches, off-ball movement, or transition strategies.
By analyzing top-tier competition, athletes sharpen their game awareness, decision-making, and strategic thinking, while gaining visual examples of how to execute skills at the highest level. Written notes or a brief presentation serve as verification for the challenge.
