One Mile challenge

The Mile Challenge is a conditioning benchmark that measures a player’s speed, endurance, and overall aerobic fitness.

The run should be completed on a measured track or verified GPS route to ensure accuracy. Athletes are encouraged to maintain an even pace early, then push to maximum effort in the final stretch.

This challenge builds cardiovascular capacity, mental toughness, and pacing strategy, providing a clear, measurable indicator of progress. Times from both trials serve as proof of improvement and help track individual fitness gains.

Complete this challenge twice.  Once early in the fall and once prior to February 1.
