Change-Up drill

  • Stand 5–7 yards from a solid wall.

  • Perform the following 5 pass types, in order:

    • Overhand

    • Sidearm

    • Underhand

    • Behind-the-Back (BTB)

    • Off-Hand Overhand

Focus Areas:

  • Keep feet moving and stay balanced.

  • Maintain proper hand placement on the stick.

  • Recover quickly from errant throws to build composure under pressure.

Metric: 5 reps each type x 2 rounds; video one set.
