Registration is now OPEN for the 2025 SPRING RISE Flag Football season in 2 LOCATIONS! Select your league based on your area (WEST: Santa Clara, Ivins; EAST: St. George, Washington City, Hurricane)
Each registered player receives an Under Armour game shirt and shorts with their registration fee.

Introducing this season, ALL GIRLS TEAMS open to 5th-8th grade!
We believe all kids should have the opportunity to play in our league! We have limited scholarships, payment plans and financial assistance options available! Please inquire by email: stgeorge@uariseflag.com
Base Registration: $175 ends on February 15
Late Registration: $185 ends on March 1
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3.
Sibling Discount is Available of $15. Please note, this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.
LEAGUE LOCATION
The ST. GEORGE RISE Flag Football Fall season runs from March to May with games taking place at:
Game days and times may be subject to change due to inclement weather or other reason(s).

Additional times and dates will be released once teams are rostered.
Games will be Saturday afternoons
Official schedules will be communicated to all individuals and teams.
LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
*In our older divisions from 5th-8th grades we will separate teams by girls/boys or keep the co-ed depending on registrations.
• Pre-K – K Division (Co-Ed)
• 1st – 2nd Division (Co-Ed)
• 3rd – 4th Division (Co-Ed)
• 5th – 6th Division (Girls)
• 5th – 6th Division (Boys)
• 7th – 8th Division (Girls)
• 7th – 8th Division (Boys)
• 6-8 game season, including playoffs and consolation games
• 5v5 or 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
• 8-10 player rosters, so everyone plays every game
• Voluntary practice will be conducted on gameday - perfect for multi-sport athletes; coaches can schedule additional practices as they see fit, but all practices are optional and will not affect play time on game day
• No tryouts or drafts - rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players placed on teams with similar schools or neighborhoods
• All coaches are volunteer parents
COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
All coaches and volunteers must provide the league commissioner with a current Coaching certification and background screen.
Each certificate is valid for 1 calendar year.
HELPFUL LINKS
All refund requests must be submitted to the League Commissioner in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
• Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
• Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
• No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
• If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be processed.
