The 2024 Fall Divisional Champions will be invited to register in the 2024 RISE Flag Football powered by Under Amour Fall National Championships.  The Fall National Championships will be held at The Paradise Coast Sports Complex located in Naples, FL on Saturday and Sunday, December 28th and 29th.  The Paradise Coast Sports Complex is adjacent to the Naples Great Wolf Lodge. The Naples Great Wolf Lodge will be the preferred lodging option for the 2024 RISE Flag Football Fall National Championships.

Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 FALL RISE Flag Football season. 

The Prince William Rise Flag Football divisions are co-ed and based on an athlete’s GRADE LEVEL during the FALL SEASON (2024-2025 school year).

  • K, 1st, 2nd Division
  • 3rd – 4th Division
  • 5th – 6th Division
  • 7th – 8th Division

Only the oldest athletes in each division (2nd, 4th, 6th) will be allowed to play "up". ​​​​​​​

Early Bird Registration: $130 ends on July 15
Registration: $150 ends on August 5
Late Registration: $170 ends on August 15


Registration Fees cover:
- Under Armour game uniform
- Triple Threat Flag Belt
- Football for every team

For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3.

Sibling Discount is Available of $10. Please note, this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.

UPDATED SEASON SCHEDULE
Prince William Rise Flag Football season will be held on Saturdays, optional practice will be held an hour before scheduled games. Game times will be announced prior to Week One.

Uniform Pick Up: September 9th or September 11th (Date and Time TBD)
Season Dates: September 14 to October 26 (7 weeks)

Inclement Weather Policy: Our policy is to play games rain or shine (if no lightning) However, athlete safety is our number one priority, threats of serious and unsafe conditions for play could warrant gameday decisions and cancellations.

LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
  • K, 1st, 2nd Division 
  • 3rd – 4th Division
  • 4th – 5th Division
  • 6th, 7th, 8th Division

The oldest players in these divisions (2nd Grade, 4th Grade, & 6th Grade) will be allowed to play  "up" in league and tournament play. THERE ARE NO PLAY DOWNS in the Rise Flag Football leagues.

  • ​​​​​​​Rosters are co-ed for all divisions based on current school year (2024-2025)
  • ​​​​​​​8-10 athletes per roster, allowing all athletes to play every game
  • ​​​​​​​Rosters will be capped at 10 players; exceptions can be authorized by the commissioner once  registration is closed.
  • NO TRYOUTS or DRAFTS. Rosters are formed by friend and coach request. Single players will be placed on teams based on school identification. 
  • ​​​NEW for Fall 2024 - Rosters are formed on "first to register" basis for all friend and coach request. When a team roster reaches their limit, all additional athlete's will be placed on alternative teams.

GAME FORMAT
•  6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
•  Rise Flag Football is a NO CONTACT LEAGUE
•  Voluntary practice will be conducted on gameday - perfect for multi-sport athletes.

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
ALL COACHES ARE VOLUNTEERS. Our league relies on volunteer coaches. You do not have to have an experience coaching to volunteer. Select your desired availability to coach when registering your athlete.

All coaches and volunteers must provide the league commissioner with a current Coaching certification and background screen. Each certificate is valid for 1 calendar year.

Why RISE?

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted to the League Commissioner in writing and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd event day of the season
•   No refunds will be given after the 2nd event day of the season
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event NO REFUNDS will be processed.
