RISE FLAG FOOTBALL
Registration is now OPEN for the 2025 FALL RISE Flag Football season.
Each registered player receives an Under Armour game shirt and shorts with their registration fee.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Regular Registration: $165 ends on July 11th (or sooner if Teams are filled. If teams are filled, a waitlist will be established.
Late Registration: $185 ends on July 18
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3.

The FREDERICK COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL CLUB RISE Flag Football season runs from September through November with games taking place at:

LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
School will confirm all eligibility each week for rosters and will adhere to that school policy on playing. This is a High School Club Sport .UA Rise is the facilitator of the event .

• Girls Only High School Division
• 12 game regular season
• 5v5 format on 25 x 50 yd field
• 8-12 player rosters, so everyone plays every game
• Practices conducted at the school and athlete will be advised dates and times.
• All coaches are volunteer parents

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
RISE Flag Football does not provide coaches.
All coaches and volunteers must provide the league commissioner with a current Coaching certification and a background screen.

Each certificate is valid for 1 calendar year.

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted to the League Commissioner in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
• Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested before August 1
• Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested before August 10
• No refunds after the above dates will be processed for any circumstances
