WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING AN ALL GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL FLAG DIVISION DUE TO THE LARGE REQUEST, WE WILL OFFER GIRLS HS FLAG UNTIL NORTH CAROLINA SANCTIONS GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL AND HIGH SCHOOLS START CREATING PROGRAMS. LETS GET OUR GIRLS AHEAD OF THE CURVE!

THIS IS UA RISE FLAG FOOTBALL - FAYETTEVILLE
Registration is now OPEN for the 2025 FALL RISE Flag Football season.
Each registered player receives an Under Armour game shirt and shorts with their registration fee.
These uniforms are provided by the league and are not included as a separate item in the registration fee.
Regular Registration: $150 ends on September 6
Late Registration: $175 ends on September 20
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3.
A sibling discount of $10 is available. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.

SEASON SCHEDULE

Game Times: Friday Night Lights, specific times TBD
• 9th – 12th All-Girls High School Division
*Additional days may be applied based on number of athletes.
• Coaches will have the opportunity to conduct one additional practice if needed.
• No tryouts- rosters are formed by friend and/or coach requests first and then Combine scores.
• The average Combine scores will be calculated and multiplied by the number of athletes on the team (10) to receive a team score. No one team will keep a score higher than the max that will be determined after the combine.
• We do this to ensure teams, divisions and the league as a whole mainatins a fair and competitive structure. League Commisioners and coaches will conduct a draft the weekend of the Combine.
• All coaches are volunteers

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
All coaches and volunteers must conduct a background check and an abuse prevention training for the safety of the athletes.

The Founding Story of UA RISE Flag Fayetteville
UA RISE Flag Fayetteville was born from a simple but powerful belief:
Continual Service
We’re Kevin and Camille, and together we’ve made Fayetteville our home and our mission. Our journey began in two very different places—Kevin from Chicago, IL, and Camille from sunny Southern California. But our paths crossed, and for the past 15 years, we’ve walked side by side through every step of military life, family, and now, community building.
When Camille packed up her life in California to move across the country, she brought with her a spirit of adventure, resilience, and service. As a military spouse, she’s lived the challenges and rewards of supporting a family through deployments and transitions. Her commitment to serving others has continued here in Fayetteville, where she’s become one of the area’s top realtors—helping fellow military and local families find their own place to call home.
Kevin’s journey as a U.S. Army combat engineer spanned over a decade, filled with discipline, leadership, and a deep sense of purpose. When it came time to transition out of the military, it was our shared commitment to family and community that inspired us to build something meaningful together.
We saw so much potential in Fayetteville’s youth—energy, toughness, and raw talent—but realized there was a need for more structure, development, and opportunity. That’s why we launched Rise Fast Athletics—not just as a training brand, but as a full development ecosystem designed to elevate young athletes mentally, physically, and emotionally.
From that vision, UA RISE Flag Fayetteville was born—the flagship league powered by Under Armour and guided by our shared values and commitment to growth:

As League Commissioner, Kevin is dedicated to ensuring every athlete receives the structure, mentorship, and high standards that shaped his own journey. Camille, as League Advisor, brings her heart for service, her experience as a connector, and her unique perspective as both a military spouse and a Southern California transplant. Together, we work to make sure every family and player feels welcomed, valued, and empowered.
Whether it’s our free weekly development sessions on Wednesdays, camps, or pre-season RISE Combine, every player who steps on the field becomes part of a culture built on discipline, character, and community.
Fayetteville may not be where we started, but it’s where we’ve chosen to invest our lives and raise our family. UA RISE is our way of giving back—providing the next generation with the tools, mentorship, and belief system that shaped us.
From Chicago roots and a Southern California heart to Fayetteville fields—this is more than football.
