Registration is now OPEN for the WINTER 2025 RISE Flag Football season.

Each registered player receives an Under Armour game shirt and shorts with their registration fee.
CO-ED DIVISIONS & GIRLS-ONLY DIVISIONS

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Early Bird Registration: $250 ends on October 15
Regular Registration: $275 ends of December 15
Late Registration: $295 ends on January 5**
*Dates are subject to change based on capacity and availability.
** Uniforms may arrive 2-3 weeks late for any Late Registrations.

Sibling discount of $20 is available. Sibling discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED. The Sibling Discount is not available during the Early Bird Registration.

LEAGUE LOCATION

The CARLSBAD (North County) RISE Flag Football season runs from mid-January through early March with games taking place at:

Game days and times may be subject to change due to inclement weather or other reason(s)

February 2, 9, 23

March 2 (Championship & Consolation Games)

Superbowl Sunday GAMES WILL FINISH BY 1PM.
Game Times START at 8:30am and continue throughout the day.
DOUBLE-HEADERS ARE ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY.

LEAGUE FORMAT

RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.

• 1st - 2nd Grade : Co-Ed
   •   3rd – 4th Grade : Co-Ed
•   5th – 6th Grade : Co-Ed
•   5th – 6th Grade : Girls Only
•   7th – 8th Grade : Co-Ed

• 7th – 8th Grade : Girls Only

• 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd fiel

• 8 person minimum player rosters, so everyone plays every game

• Voluntary practices can be conducted on gameday, or on coach's direction and own time. No limit on practices.

• No tryouts or drafts - rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players placed on teams with similar schools or neighborhoods

• All coaches are volunteers. Sign up in Registration or email evan@uariseflag.com

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

RISE Flag Football does not provide coaches.
Coaches will need to perform a background check.
We highly encourage each coach to go through the USA Football Non-Contact coaching course.

Why RISE?

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted to the League Commissioner in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:

• Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day.

• Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season.

• No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season.

• If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, no refunds will be processed.
