​​​​​​​Brent Cescon - Co-owner of SGB Riptide Hockey Brent honed his hockey skills between the pipes in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) during his minor hockey years, showcasing talent and dedication on the ice. Transitioning to junior hockey, he spent four impactful years with the Burlington Cougars in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL), where his passion for the game continued to flourish. Brent even had a short stint in PEI where he played for the Summerside Western Capitals. In addition to his playing career, Brent also served as a hockey instructor, sharing his knowledge and passion for the game with aspiring athletes at various camps and hockey schools throughout the years. His commitment to hockey extends beyond the ice, leaving a lasting impact on the next generation of players. “In our coaching philosophy, we believe in nurturing young hockey players into well-rounded athletes who embrace the joy of the game.
