*FULL PAYMENT of $1,000 ENTRY FEE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
- Teams must be prepared to play at 8am on Friday
- Entry deadline - October 9, 2026
- Registrations will only be taken online - click here to register
- Fee is non-refundable after the closing date for registration. After regsitration closes, fees will only be refunded if the team can be replaced from one on a waitlist.
- Payment must be made by etransfer to reginaringette.treasurer@gmail.com
You will receive an email to confirm that your application has been received. Once your payment has been received, your team will be accepted. We will request your team roster after the registration deadline (October 9, 2026) has passed.
HOTELS
All teams are required to stay at a participating hotel. You must provide the name of your hotel when you submit your roster. You'll find a list of participating hotels here:
SPONSOR HOTELS
Regina Delta Hotel: Please let them know you are attending the Regina Elite Tournament. Negotiated rate is $175/night, including breakfast and team hospitality room. (Please note there is a cleaning fee for the hospitality room of $100/day)
