Tournament FAQS
Where do I send my payments?
Payments must be made prior to your first game of the tournament. EMT $600 fee to qrtreasurer@gmail.com. Autodeposit is on so there is no password required. Cheques are accepted but EMT prefered to help us offset our upfront costs to host tournament. Cheque must be presented to your convenor PRIOR to first game.

What do I need to send in prior to first game?
Please send roster and a team picture to Christine Lisle ASAP. We wll be using the team pictures in our program as well as on our social media accounts to celebrate all the teams and their Journey To The Obas. (as well as your fees as stated above)
Do you have hotels booked?
Each team will be responsible for booking their own hotels. Please see the OBA Hotel information tab for details from all hotels that have blocks of rooms available. You will need to reach out to them ASAP.
When/where will we play?
Be prepared for an early Friday game all the way to a late Sunday game. Monday game is possible if required. The Quinte Royals are hosting both the 14U and 16U OBA's this weekend.
Please be prepared for travel between ball diamonds. All parks are within a 20-30min drive of Trenton. See the locations tab for directions and addresses.
When will we know the schedule?
The schedule has been submitted for both 14U and 16U to the OBA and has been approved.

Do you have any OBA Swag for sale?
Yes we do!!!! We are proud to offer OBA swag for purchase through one of our local businesses which will be ready for you at your game at no extra charge for delivery. Orders must be in by Aug 25th to be ready for tournament delivery (it doesn't matter what delivery option you chose at checkout, arrangments have already been made with the Quinte Royals for tournament distribution)

Where can we get updates?
Follow this website frequently for updates. We want to capture the hard work all the teams did in order to get this far! You are one of the best 12 in the province in your division. Lets celebrate that! Please share your journey to the OBA's by posting on our facebook page. Be proud and let the baseball community know the work you've done to get here.
