An Ottawa native and graduate of St. Patrick’s High School, the First Team All-Canadian in 2001-02 had a distinguished collegiate career at Carleton University including being named to the CIS Tournament All-Star Team in 2002-03 and the OUA East First Team in 1999-00. He played professionally in Iceland and Qatar and currently serves as a police officer with the Ottawa Police Service. Jafeth is currently an Assistant Coach with the Ottawa BlackJacks and an Ottawa Elite PREP Coach having coached with Ottawa Elite since 2023.
